LEE THE DRAGON TERMS OF SERVICEBy commissioning me you will agree to these terms:You agree that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the artist from any claims, liability, loss, damages or expenses that may occur related to the commission.As the artist of the commission, I own the copyright to the work itself, regardless if the art has been manipulated beyond it's original intent, including through AI manipulation.I do not consent for my art to be used in AI learning algorithms or similar Generative AI technology, and not without the commissioner's permission to do so.Schedule:I am available throughout the week. The only times where I cannot/will not reply is due to health concerns I may suffer from, or if I am otherwise occupied.As I am quite feeble/under medication, this can be unpredictable, though may only happen on occasion.Refunds:Refunds will not be granted, unless for some reason I cannot complete the commission as initially requested/on time (if there is a time limit)Time to complete:Due to health concerns and the unpredictability mentioned above, completion times may vary.Each slot will approximately 1 to 2 weeks for completion, varying on complexity.I will only accept deadlines if there is at least 3 weeks of time before due date, and I may only work on one such commission per slot opening.Edits:Once I send the WIP, if I do not get an answer between 2 days I will resume work.Please inform me of any changes you'd like as soon as possible.Edits should preferably be requested early on in the project.I will send a WIP (Work in progress) version of the project after completing the sketch, and you may request additional stages to be shown (color, background).Edits requested later on may be denied. I will attempt to fulfill your requests as best as I can, but after a certain point changes may be too time consuming to be done without an additional fee.References or specific design choices should be sent/mentioned before starting. Anything not mentioned will be left to artistic interpretation.I will not be held accountable if the final product does not meet expectations if not enough information was provided.Payment:Payments are only accepted through Paypal in EUR.As the commissioner, you are responsible for paying your invoice before any work begins.I will not charge you for taxes.Once the commission has been approved, I will send you an invoice from Paypal directly to you, either through direct messages or email if needed.Work will only begin once the invoice has been paid in full.If you don't pay your invoice within two days, I am liable to cancel the commission and free up your slot.Content:I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.I will not draw in another artist’s style, though artstyles can still be discussed.The following content will be refused: cub, scat, watersports, internal shots, gore and possibly more, up to my discretion.Permissions:By commissioning me, you agree that I, the artist, have the right to upload your finished commission to my galleries and/or use them as examples for future works.If you would like your commission to be anonymous, please inform me ahead of time.You may upload the finished commission as long as you properly credit me by mentioning me and linking to one of my accounts.I own the copyright of the artwork itself, as such please contact me if you'd like to monetize it for any reason. My work is never to be used in association with NFT/Blockchain/Crypto in any way, shape, or form.Do not remove any signatures or watermarks under any circumstances.Do not use or manipulate my art outside of it's original purpose, at least not without my permission.Process:● #1
You must first claim the slot by contacting me preferably through my email ([email protected]). You can also contact me through telegram or discord.● #2
Please be sure to already have an idea of what you'd like, I am liable to reopen your slot if you don't have your commission request ready soon after claiming it. (At least within a day or two.)● #3
After claiming your slot, you may send me your commission ideas and information. Please send it all in one message.● #4
If it is agreed upon, I will send you an invoice. After successfully paying it in full and I inform you that you are on top of the queue, work can commence.
